Originally from Martina Franca, in the beautiful region of Puglia, Italy, Francesco has worked with the family behind Enoteca and Zero Restaurant on numerous occasions over the years. His rich wealth of experience have seen him working all over the world, Italy, French Riviera, Dubai and London’s Mayfair to name but a few. We are thrilled to have him in Ware and excited for his visions to be bought to life.
His elegant and vibrant style of cooking sees him bringing classic dishes into a new light, sample dishes such as; Hand made Tagliolini with fresh lobster, fresh Sea Bass baked in a salt crust and slow cooked lamb with a gorgonzola fondue.
